Vendor Registration is due by September 17th, 2018. There will be a $25 late fee on any registration made after Sept 17th. 

Registration using this online form will be subject to a $10.00 processing fee. Paper registration is available with no additional fee; the form can be found on the Vendors Registration page of the IMSS website: http://asclsregion8.org/IMSS/registration/vendor-registration/. Paper registration will need to be paid by check to so as not to incur the $25.00 late fee for paying at the conference.
